Shipping Rates and Returns

Shipping rates are based on USPS home delivery to the 48 contiguous states only. For Express overnight delivery and shipments outside the 48 contiguous states, actual shipping charges will apply. Shipping prices reflect charges from the shipping carrier as well as the quality packing material used to ensure safe delivery to your home.

Due to varying weights and sizes, additional shipping charges may be added to some pieces. Items requiring extra shipping will have a note in their descriptions. If you’d like an estimate of shipping costs, feel free to send an email to pjaklich@gmail.com.

Lead Times

Making fine art pottery is a slow process from throwing to drying to firing each vase twice. Because of this, the average lead time on simple orders is 4-6 weeks. Larger or more complex orders may take longer. With commissioned pieces and specific pieces times will be discussed.

Returns

Returns are excepted only if approved first by emailing. Please do not send a piece back without prior approval. Thank you.
